I help women who second-guess themselves get clearer on what they actually want, and move toward a life that feels like them.

For most of my life, I worked alongside my parents in our family business. I showed up, handled what needed to be handled, and kept things moving.
Deep down, I knew it wasn’t what I wanted forever. But I rarely stopped long enough to ask myself what I wanted instead. There was always something else that needed my attention, so I kept going.
Then life started changing in ways I couldn’t ignore.
I lost my dog, Snuggle, after nearly two decades together. I was also grieving other losses, navigating changes within my family, financial instability, and uncertainty about what my own future would look like.
For the first time, I had to admit that something needed to change.
The truth was, I wasn’t sure.
That’s when I found coaching.
Coaching gave me the space to slow down, question some of the expectations I had been carrying, and start listening to myself again. It didn’t give me all the answers. It helped me trust that I was capable of finding my own.
Somewhere in that process, I realized I wanted to help other women do the same.
I know what it feels like to know something needs to change, but not know what comes next. To second-guess yourself. To wonder whether what you want is enough of a reason to choose differently.
My story isn’t about having everything figured out.
It’s about finally making myself part of the equation and helping other women do that too.
What feels right for you matters, even when it doesn’t make sense to everyone else.
You don't have to have everything figured out before taking your next step.
Sometimes slowing down and quieting the noise is what helps you hear yourself again.
You have more answers than you think. Coaching can help you uncover and trust them.
It helps me slow down, process, and stay close to myself.
I enjoy reading about personal growth and self-discovery.
I love a good workout, especially hot yoga and pilates.
New places and perspective always inspire me.
Cozy clothes, good coffee, and a long walk are my kind of day.
I love animals and spending time with older people, listening to their stories.
